Updated to version 5b

Did a few changes here and there based upon feedback from PRGE in Portland! This is about 1/5th of what is planned based upon that feedback, but I wanted to get it up before the upcoming halloween sale!

WHATS NEW

• Health meter is now BIGGER
• Adjusted screen shake
• Made the key icon bigger
• Key is now an auto-pickup item
• Potions now have an icon for what they do
• made it more obvious what the elements in the UI are
• item slots WAYY bigger
• Added PROPER obsidian items (more damage, different sprite)

BUGS FIXED

• Fixed a bug where healing potions didn't work
