Stuck indoors? This martial arts workout app is for you! Better than the old school MMA workout tracks, this is totally randomized and features combos that will increase your speed and power while sparring. Great for cardio workouts, boxing workouts, kickboxing workouts, or even MMA workouts!

  • 1- Jab
  • 2-Jab/Cross
  • 3-Jab/Cross/Hook
  • 4- Jab/Cross/Hook/Cross ( or uppercut if you're shadowboxing/using hand pads)
  • In the kickboxing track, there is more time allotted for round kicks. On the numbered combos ending with the left hand, fire a right kick. For the numbered combos ending with the right hand, fire a left kick.
